Returns
Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Send all refund requests to: cheriejamescollections@gmail.com

Refund Policy
A refund must be requested by email at cheriejamescollections@gmail.com. Include in the request an order number and the reason for the return. Once the request has been received a shipping label will be generated and sent via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt of the item and after review, a refund will be processed and the original method of payment will be credited.

Late or Missing Refund
If the refund hasn't been credited to the original payment method, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the refund still has not been processed please contact us at: cheriejamescollections@gmail.com.
